The SPELLING of the personal Holy Name of God - as transliterated from the Tetragrammaton representing His name, found in the holy Scriptures - is a very, very moot point; as the Holy name of God has been NATURALIZED INTO VARIOUS LANGUAGES OF THE WORLD. "Yahweh" or another "Y" version is NOT superior - NOT more favored by God than any other Tetragrammaton-based, transliterated, and naturalized form. THE SAME would be true with the name of the Son of God, most well-known as Jesus. The SPELLING of the names of God Almighty and His Son are absolutely NOT the most important points to true, scriptural Christian faith/ religion/ worship. For a certainty, there are persons and groups merely slapping forms of God's holy name and His Son's name, beginning with the letter "Y" , onto same-old anti-whole-scriptural, paganism/ spiritism-incorporating and evil-practicing FALSE "Christian" religions/ belief sets, and hyping it like it is a "new", scriptural, true religion. It is NOT. For example, even Satan and his demons "believe God sent his son into the world to lay his life down as an atoning sacrifice" for sins; yet Satan and his demons, as ultimate evil enemies of God, will soon be abyssed and then eventually annihilated to non-existence, by Him, for being so evil. So, spelling God and His Son's name with a "Y", "J", or other letters should not be the dominating/differentiating feature of one's religion. It should instead be whether the body of its teachings and practices is in compliance and harmony with whole-scriptural truth from God's words or not. Other entirely scripturally valid forms of the Divine name from around the world include Exhoba, Yekhovah, Ihua, Geova, Ieova, Zoova, and many, many more. It was God who decided to change the one common language of man into many (at Babel). Yet, He wants all persons of the world to call upon His Holy name for salvation, "with spirit and truth" (John 4:24), and with acknowledgement of the role of God's Son Jesus Christ as mankind's Redeemer too, of course. (Joel 2:32; Romans 10:13; John 3:16 AND 3:36) Now, everyone on planet earth has a scriptural, Tetragrammaton-based, naturalized, unique and distinct name by which to identify and refer to the Person of God Almighty, the Creator, Heavenly Father, and Universal Sovereign ALONE. The Holy Scriptures were accepted as the word of God, by worshipers of Him, as they were written down - from 1513 B.C.E. until 98 C.E. Those first books were thus penned-down for God, by Moses, 2531 years ago. Genesis covers a much earlier period of time too though - it was written under Divinely-inspired retrospect.

"Hahaha" There never was a valid debate on these issues - the truth was already known. Yet here we see many atheist-Satanists stunningly - EXACTLY - FULFILLING the PROPHECIES in Holy Scriptures they RIDICULE, from the Creator they insanely deny the existence of and obtusely rebel against. (Romans 1:18-32) They do all this probably mostly so maybe less people will tell them and others that God says what they are doing is wrong when they fornicate/ engage in homosexual sex/ gay "marriage/ engage in pedophile sex - or support that others indulge in these God-forbidden crimes/ heinously evil sins......No, even though SATANIST-ATHEISTS - who worship the god of manslaughter and other evil, Satan, by default, for their grotesque and inexcusable fighting against God - have vomited out and excremented-out their worthless and detestable, dead-conscience and/ or demon-influenced repugnant, senseless, and evilly insane slander; and have smeared the filth of their self-incriminating lies in many a place; there is NO fooling or persuasion of those who KNOW the Creator Jehovah and His scriptural TRUTH, to these appallingly decrepit, soul-ugly, arrogant, unintelligent, dark-hearted, foolhardy, SHEER LIES. Scribes in general took GREAT care; and succeeded in copying and preserving everything God has considered to be essential ! This was overseen and ensured by the spirit of God, not men! God Himself promised that His sayings would endure forever. As an example of the great care taken by scribes, the Masoretes would count all the letters in the manuscript; and then count from either end of the manuscript to the middle letter of it all, and capitalize that letter!! Every single time the Bible has commented on a scientific or historical point, it has been proven to be TRUE - and often ahead of its time.
