Inertia Back-Slam

I want to keep
Going forward
Racing heart,
Joy and hope
With love
That has thrown
Fear away

You push

The world
I nearly glide on
With worries
Over choices
I see you make

Against good ways,

Against
What would help you,
Against wisdom,
God, life and love

When what you do
Hurts others too
Don't tell me I've said enough.

The impact
Slams me in the guts
Sends tears out from my eyes

And I feel detached

As the world you
Spun back
Keeps on rolling by

I feel the floor

On which I stand
Has become a ship or boat
And I cry for you,
I cry for you
As I strangely float.

Isaiah 29:20,21

"...the tyrant must reach his end, and the bragger must come to his finish, and all those keeping alert to do harm must be cut off, those bringing a man into sin by [his] word, and those who lay bait even for the one reproving in the gate, and THOSE WHO PUSH ASIDE THE RIGHTEOUS ONE WITH EMPTY ARGUMENTS." (Isaiah 29:20,21)
