Yes, the moral code is higher, but that's God's own scriptural, moral code, not the standards of fallen mankind. Many FALSE "Christian" churches have no moral standards, and LIE to people that nothing really matters, and that everyone's "forgiven" and is "Christian", so long as "they believe in the Lord"/ "let Jesus into their hearts"/ "pray for forgiveness, in the name of Jesus", etc. - but then they CONTINUE to practice sin and evil, ABUSING the sacrifice God and Christ made to cover for sins, and assuming they and others will be "forgiven", no matter what evils they do. Yet that is all a gruesome, blasphemous LIE; which has produced, condoned, and FALSELY "excused" evil in this world, "in the names of" God and Christ. For example, Hitler - those a "godless', full-blown GOD-FIGHTING SATANIST of MURDEROUS/ genocidal and DEMONIC philosophies, speech and practices, was never ex-communicated from the Catholic church - though the catholic church in Germany booted Hitler into power and the catholic churches in both Germany and Austria (and others also) SERVED his murderous and Satanic regime. When the recent year came around. with some pope making a formal, public show of "apologizing" to some likewise false religious leader of modern Judaism, for the catholic church's part in the demonic torture and murder of millions (which included Jehovah's Witnesses [then called "Bible Students" in Germany], as prisoners of conscience); rest assured that Jehovah the Creator GRANTED NO FORGIVENESS for those INEXCUSABLE and UNCONSCIONABLE CRIMES AGAINST GOD and HUMANITY. INSTEAD of the catholic church and other Satan following FALSE religions - AND atheism/ "godlessness"/ Satanism - EVER being "forgiven" by God; He has condemned them all to everlasting destruction, as He has been warning the world, soon. Do you mean the self-made, idolized god batting his eyelashes at the public reading of his inexcusable slander and conscienceless blasphemy of the Creator God and Universal Sovereign? I'm not familiar with that show; but all of this is over a battle of Sovereignty - of WHO has the right to rule the universe and the sentient beings in it - ALL created by Jehovah. Satan, and those he has duped to side with him, claim that the Creator does not have the right to rule over His creation (which included Satan, who was created an angel, but who abused his free will, to turn himself into and evil enemy of God and slayer of mankind). Satan has charged that God is a liar and unfit Ruler, and that the sentient beings he has created are all "best-off" rebelling against, denying, and defying God's Rulership. Satan's LIES and REBELLION - and for humans to believe his LIES and join with him in rebellion are what brought DEATH, evil, and suffering into this world to begin with. These are also the reasons why evil and tragedy has continued to fill or world, and has, in fact worsened, to the near-ruin of human society. So, Satan has been more than PROVEN TO BE A LIAR, and his recommendations/ goadings towards God-rebellion to be a TOTAL, TRAGIC FAILURE for mankind. In CONTRAST, Jehovah the Creator's Rule, truth, warnings, and scripturally-taught ways of righteousness have been totally vindicated. Now, all that awaits is Armageddon Day - for Jehovah to bring the culprits still promoting, supporting, and stubbornly staying with Satan's evil-producing LIES and evil practices to their end, as He has been having the whole world warned. Followers of Satan's LIES and evil practices (which include violent terrorism; manslaughter; other crimes against God and humanity; grotesque, life-ruining INJUSTICES and violation of God-given human rights, gross immorality, etc.) have NO EXCUSES, for their choices of ANTI-GOD LIES and EVIL PRACTICES before God. Their god and master, Satan, has already been proven to be a LIAR and manslayer - for the state of the world here, which he currently largely runs. It is an evil-filled, FAILING mess. Armageddon Day from the TRUE God, the Creator, is soon. His Son, Jesus Christ, currently sits on his God-appointed throne in heaven, which Jehovah has placed him in charge of. Soon, on God's Armageddon day, besides all vestiges of evil, Satan and his demons, and stubbornly evil persons being removed form this earth (with that then bringing the eternal death of those humans); the kingdoms of man that now exist will all be dissolved - and replaced by Jehovah's own heavenly Kingdom, which will be extended down onto and over this earth, as its ONLY Rulership - a perfect one. (Daniel 2:44) THEN there will be true peace on earth; and all God-obedient, loyal, and respecting persons here then will be able to thrive and live in peace and happiness here, forever. That's part of their job, of their service to Satan - to get people to BELIEVE deadly LIES, such as that Jesus and Jehovah aren't real. Satan has sold members of that and other FALSE "Christian" churches (of his world empire of all FALSE-to-God religions, of "Babylon the Great") a demonic, paganism-templated, 3-headed, "unknowable" "mystery" godhead IDOL as being god - and only gives TOKEN acknowledgment to the Bible, as a way of trying to give itself "credential", as being [fakely] "of God". In reality, however, they let the LIE-doctrines of men and demons TRAMPLE and displace the Authority of the Holy Scriptures from God. SO, EVIL results. And God is MAD - He will be punishing the FALSE, anti-scriptural, blasphemous, and God and Christ-DEFIANT FALSE religions of "Babylon the Great", soon. (Revelation 18:4,5,20-24).....Decades ago, when my (now gone) sister attended a parochial high school of that church (with the "holy men" who had the school boys bend over, to have their buttocks paddled, for punishment); her "English class" was held in a storage closet. In that closet were large boxes of the little round, white wafers. The teenagers were hungry. When no one was looking, they ate them like potato chips, stale or not. It was a small vengeance...........but an angry God will be taking care of the rest, soon. Atheism is DOOMED by Him, too though - for its basically the SAME Satanic, evil-producing LIES, rebellion, and evil practices though; so that's NOT the Way, either. As His words state, in behalf of His loyal ones, He even now personally wants to do this to them: Psalm 3:7 - "For you will have to strike all my enemies on the jaw. The teeth of wicked ones you will have to break."
That Day will come. "Just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more." (Psalm 37:10,11) Until then, they OINK and publicly DEFECATE LIES, OINK and PUBLICLY DEFECATE LIES - all for their master and mind-controller Satan. Such persons are "deserving of death" from God, on His Armageddon Day, as the world has been being warned (Romans 1:32; Jude 7,10,14,15), but they don't care - because SATAN, unlike God, tells them LIES that "accommodate" the SINS/ EVILS that they practice and love more than anything. Thus, they are mind-controlled (but liking it that way), spiritually insane, drones of Satan; and fight God and those true to Him with non-stop, as with diarrhea, ultra-STUPID and slanderous, mindless LIES. God will bring His scripturally warned of hard Armageddon punishment against them soon. They violate God and His Holy Spirit. They have no excuse. they should NOT expect forgiveness from God.
